The second update to Track and Field News magazine's men's collegiate dual meet rankings keeps Texas A&M in the leading spot, with Arkansas and Nebraska also retaining their #2 and #3 ranking.

LSU made a big move forward since the last rankings were released on January 23, going from #10 to #4. New teams entering the rankings include #14 Washington State and #18Grand Valley State. The latter is the first Division II team to enter the men's rankings, earning it by defeating #19 Eastern Michigan.
The two remaining indoor dual meets including one or more ranked teams are as follows:
Saturday, February 9
Alabama and North Carolina at #3 Nebraska
Harvard and Yale at #16 Princeton
The next women's rankings will be released on Wendesday, February 13. Final indoor rankings for both men and women will be released on Monday, February 18.
To be considered for the indoor rankings, a team must compete in at least one dual meet during the indoor season, usingTFN's definition of a dual meet as a scored meet between four or fewer teams. Rankings will be kept during the outdoor season for an indoor/outdoor composite.
T&FN’s dual meet rankings, compiled by Jesse Squire (www.tracksuperfan.com) are a revival of annual rankings compiled from 1970 to 1995. A full compilation of past dual meet rankings can be found at tracksuperfan.com.
