JAMES BREEN WINS VANCOUVER USA HALF MARATHONPublished by
 James Breen (Vancouver, WA) won his first half marathon on Sunday, competing in the Vancouver USA Half Marathon. He broke the tape with a winning time of 1:12:53. The field consisted of 1,487 runners and included some professional athletes and elite runners. Breen battled with a few of them the first 10 miles, but none were able to keep up with him down the stretch.
