No. 1 Razorbacks Win Fifth Straight Against Texas - ArkansasRazorbacks.com

FAYETTEVILLE - The No. 1 University of Arkansas men's track and field team won 12 of 16 events Friday en route to a 102-68 dual victory over No. 15 Texas at the Randal Tyson Track Center.

Freshman Omar McLeod is now six-for-six this season, earning all six event titles to start his college career. McLeod won the 200-meter dash Friday night at Randal Tyson Track Center with a time opf 21.09, ranking No. 7 nationally this season. His time of 7.76 was good for the 60-meter hurdle event title, which beat his time from last week and ranks fourth nationally. He was also a leg in the 4x400 relay team that ranks sixth in the nation with a time of 3:09.83.

Senior Neil Braddy anchored the winning 4x400 relay team and earned the 400-meter dash event title with a 2014 NCAA-leading time of 46.36.

Patrick Rono had a dominating win with the 800-meter run, finishing in 1:51.55, nearly four seconds ahead of Derrell Manhertz of Texas.

Stanley Kebenei took the even title in the mile with a time of 4:11.27, with Gabe Gonzalez finishing with a second-place time of 4:12.17. Solomon Haile added to the strength of the Arkansas distance squad, winning the 3,000-meter event title in 8:22.71.
