[Women's Cross Country] Victoria Harper signs with SAU Cross Country and Track & Field

Spring Arbor University Athletic Department is honored to announce the signing of Clare, Michigan native, Victoria Harper to both the women's cross-country and track programs for the 2014-15 academic year.
 
A four year letter winner for the women's cross-country program at Clare High School, a Division III All-State honoree in the 3200 meters as a junior, and earning Academic All-State honors this past fall are just a few of Victoria's running accolades over her current running career.
  
Actively involved in her Dad's church (Clare Assembly of God), Victoria leads the youth group praise and worship team.   

"We are truly blessed to have Victoria joining our running family here at SAU," said Head Coach Bill Bippes. "Victoria is having a phenomenal high school career, with many exceptional performances and awards.  Along with being a great leader, I believe that Victoria will have an instant impact on our team next fall both spiritually and athletically.  She is very passionate about helping people and I look forward to seeing how God will develop her gifts."

Victoria is the daughter of Pastor Scott and Lisa Harper.  She has three siblings; Autumn a graduated from Oral Roberts University who is now getting her Masters degree in Social Work from Oklahoma University, an older brother Jonathan, who will be a junior on Oral Roberts University cross country team in the fall and a younger sister Jasmine, who will be a sophomore on Clare's High School cross country team as well.
