Graves and Janney Advance to 2013 NCAA Track and Field ChampionshipsPublished by
 The NCAA Track & Field Committee announced the athletes selected to compete at the NCAA Outdoor Championships this morning and Carmen Graves and Alexis Janney will represent Roanoke College. Carmen Graves returns to the outdoor championships for the 4th straight year; as a freshman she earned All American honors as a member of the 4 X 100 relay team and this is the third year that she will compete in the 800 meters. At the 2013 Indoor Championships, Graves placed 2nd to earn All American honors and she is currently ranked 4th this season with a best of 2:09. Graves, a four time All American, was the ODAC champion at the April championships in the 800, 1500, and the triple jump, and ran the anchor leg on the winning 4 X 400 relay.
