 Bronx, NY- The Medgar Evers College competed at the 2013 York College Invitational. It featured 11 teams. The course was 6 Kilometers or 3.7 miles. In the Women's Race, Mt. St. Mary won the race with 29pts. Medgar Evers College didn't score, because they only had 3 runners. The winner of the race was Rachel Sleeter of Mt. St. Mary. There were 68 runners in the race. The top Cougar runner was Shantal Russell, finishing 54th place with a time of 35:57. In the Men's Race, which was 8k or 4.9 miles, featured 11 teams, and 81 runners. Queens College won the race with 20pts. The Cougars finished 11th with 309pts. The Race winner was Peter Kramer of Queens College.
